JUST ANOTHER EVENING OF POEMS AND PINTS IN BAE CAERDYDD - THE TALE OF TWO GIRLS LEANNE and BETHAN OUT REPUBLICAN CLUBBING BUT WERE CAUGHT IN A TRAP RUNNING AWAY FROM REALITY OF BEING MATURE SERIOUS PLAID CYMRU POLITICIANS - Well That Is How The Western Mail See It......


Myself consider it as a tale of yet another example of not ''Nationalist Naivety'' but more an example of Cardiff Bae Republican 'Day Dreaming' that has now turned into a bit of a 'Nightmare' for poor little Leanne and only a day after Cynog Dafis had gone and 'fracking' stabbed her in the back. That being, I consider the real story not an old one that has been on the back boiler for two years but 'Fracking Cynog' and what he and maybe Adam Price are playing at, he seemed to me reluctant in a TV interview post conference to commit to playing a Political Game back home one day? Whatever, here we have a matter of the 'Patriotic Fringe' grabbing the headlines, of course if everyone had gone and been real Republicans that day and had protested against the visit of Liz to the Assembly then as most see it there might have been more of a story. As it was no protest only an evening of Poems and Pints with a few speeches thrown in for good measure and yes a rather fanciful statement about the FWA being in the room, I thought like Elvis they had long ago left the building? As for Bizzare Republican Oath, there is nothing bizzare about this Oath made up by Republican Intellectual David Lawrence, it is very much in the spirit of Iolo Morgannwg and the whole tone of it should fit well with Plaid Cymru pacifist ideals, I have taken it myself and I am not a pacifist. But there you go? the awful thing that has come out of this story is the speed of Leanne in condemning Balchder Cymru for it's beliefs, this is just Plaid Cymru opportunism and no guts as most radical republicans and nationalists have seen in the face of an aggressive media. The truth of the matter is that both Leanne, Bethan and many other Plaid Cymru members inc leading lights in Wrecsam and others as Jill Evans MEP have associated with BC members as many are Plaid Cymru Members, not least Edwyn ap Harri of Merthyr, Russell Morris of Afan Nedd whilst Adam himself via Cambria Band has done much for Plaid Cymru and Cymdeithas yr Iaith in keeping them entertained as well as being active in support of various campaigns as keeping Remploy open etc. If one seeks to condemn Leanne for being 'Naive', then what about Jill Evans MEP who shared a platform at Rali Cilmeri last year with BC speakers. A rally at which there were 'uniforms' and a large FWA Banner plus unfortunatly some unknown 'Hangers On' singing BNP style 'Racist Songs' and which has been condemned by Russell Morris of Balchder Cymru/Plaid Cymru.

Other Info On This Plaid Cymru Outburst Against Radical Nationalists who they have up to now welcomed into their ranks, worked with and have supported their events thus far. This reminds me of the time when Bethan down in Swansea Docks, did a runner when the Media were chasing her to ask if she supported the Independence struggle. However, her Dad did attend and does not appear to have been scared off from remaining a CBR 'Day Dreamer' and associate of Radical as well as his daughters 'Rainbow Republicans' and pacifist erstwhile Rali Cilmeri Plaid Cymru attendees, wonder if they will be back this year. Hopefully not, as there are more appropriate speakers for this sacred Radical Nationalist acre. This year, I suggest the organisers invite Jac O' The North, 'Moz' of RCA? Gruff of Cymru Sofren, Paul Wong of the Peoples Council and Cyfamodwr Geoff of the 'New Movement' along with Adam Phillips of Balchder Cymru and not least as honorary speaker John Jenkins of Mudiad Amdiffyn Cymru and not Devolution Dilettante Petersan, and 'opportunist' Dr John 'Rocks' Davies or Jill Evans et al. Those MYB/WMP Turbines:

 If they are to begin Transporting on Monday, then the Turbines must be coming in this weekend or are already here, note two ships have come in to Swansea Docks The Twisteden and Fri Ocean, both look as if they could carry a singular 'Turbine Load'  also both have come from direction of Turbine Manufacturers near Chepstow. I shall have to go and do some Red Stag Scouting tomorrow and Sunday to see what's what? Will let you know what I discover which is of use to organising protesting. One other thing, the route from Docks to Mynydd y Betws it is not exactly totally clear and to my mind very confusing but then I am not very good with maps. Can anyone join up the dots re the route as per the info provided Junction 42 (M4) A483 - A4067 - A474 but how does it fit together from Docks to J42 to the A4067? Am I missing something? First link as a good map, click on it and use to suss out whole Turbine Transport area and let me have any wise advice re this matter. Other than that organising a National Protest is very difficult for a Monday, not least if we have no times given out in advance, so what best to do? Some advice and suggestions would be useful, perhaps everyone do their own thing but make it 'national' as far as possible as info comes in as to positioning of the Turbine Transport on Monday or whenever? Whatever, as many people as possible try and get out this weekend postering the route and maybe a late afternoon Rally at the Docks (Mcdonalds entrance of Fabian Way) on Sunday might also serve some purpose? Possibly given the situation maybe a Rally on the Sunday afternoon could be the best option as with speakers etc, then at least this might get media publicity in advance of this Eight weeks of Turbine Transportation. Thinks! Yes. that is the best option a Rally on Sunday afternoon but this will be a last minute organisation, so to make it work we need speakers and people to attend and then publicity far and wide. What's your thoughts on this? keeping in mind that we could use this occasion to hold a Pow Wow re future actions. I am for a go on this but how about you?

Why am I having to organise this? this should be the job of the three local Anti - Windmill Campaign Groups backed up by Groups concerned with Mynydd y Gwair, Hyddgen/Pumlumon, Brechfa/Llanllwni and Penycymoed as Swansea Docks is their Frontline. This is where the 'British' National Anti - Windmill Campaign recently set up as and will go on totally failing Wales, so I suggest now I hope there will be a serious attempt to form a National Wales Anti - Windmill Movement or otherwise, I also suggest this BC idea of PAW Patriots Against Windmills needs to become the reality and if any meeting is on the agenda for Sunday then these two suggestions need to become serious positive proposals. As note Sian and I have to retire from the fray as we have an whole raft of some pretty heavy duty o/s projects and Initiatives, inc Archiving, Books and Films/DVD's to do. For which hence our time and money is required. Thus we are setting a date to retire from Patriotic Activism and lock ourselves in the back room, that will be around  24 September with if possible a last stand at Vyrnwy, maybe? Also note a number of my blogs are closing down at Samhain Eve 31 Hydref 2012.
