First Off, rush out and buy Western Mail for it's seven page Investiture '69 souvenir supplement, it will make you want to vomit! but there you go handy for your collection of Cymric Cronyism at it's best. Of all therein these seven pages, I guess what made me really want to f******* Vomit most of all was the piece on Ffed Ffrancis of CIG, selected by Western Mail as representative of Patriotic Protest against the Investiture 1969.

Ffred tells us, as to what he did re protesting against the Investiture in days leading up to the Investiture, yes you can guess, he and his stalwart companions toured North Wales painting out English Language Road signs. Mean while two courageous Welsh Patriots were about to die in Abergele and three others were to be imprisoned at conclusion of their long Swansea Crown Court trial for opposing the Investiture.

Ffred actually did make it into Caernarfon, or so he says but was overwhelmed by Police and Soldiers and found it difficult to make any protest above the beyonets and cheering crowds. What Ffred, not even lob a tin of paint? or an egg ? or bag of flower? or even a smoke bomb? could you not have at least tried to throw yourself under the hooves of the horses pulling the Royal Carriage.

You know, I am just about getting fully fed up with this ''Language Nationalism'' we are lumbered with in Wales and which without doubt has diverted if not undermined any true National Liberation Struggle into a cause to create a ''Crachach Newydd''. May I suggest to Ffred that to make up for his rather pointless anti - investiture protest on 1st July 1969, this year he gets a bit more serious at the Gate of Caernarfon Castle at 3:00pm on 1st July 2009, and maybe knocks himself out a little?

SENTIMENTS YOU MIGHT BE ALLOWED TO MAKE ON AIR AT THE BBC BRIT WALES MOBILE STUDIO ON WEDNESDAY. C'MON CYMRY HOW CAN YOU NOT PICKET PROTEST THIS BRIT PROPAGANDA MOUTHPIECE, and why not take whistles and horns along to add a bit of music to the occasion. Other than this note, other than the WM, I think that the Daily Post and local Gwynedd papers might bring out souvenir Investiture supplements plus TV will run a few programmes. As well Radio will do programmes and invite listeners to phone in with comments, be ready to do so, and also get writing radical Anti - English Crown protest letters to the press, national and local.
