BABY BOOMER IS TAKING A BREAK, a long break in fact a 'The End'. Whilst layed low with flu I got to thinking this blogging has taken over my life to the detriment of much else as example; sex! I'm kidding too old for that anyway? I no longer read properly but have learnt the art of scanning pages and plucking out what I require for blog posts or whatever, I do not read any fiction at all and I have about 20 books at bed side waiting to be read to no avail. Newspapers, I seem to have lost patience with espcially the 'heavies', any other newspapers as Western Mail are in main best read over a pint or otherwise quickly scanned for useful stuff. I read a lot on the web as in preparing posts searches for info throws up so much interesting stuff out of the blue but this is only leading to my mind being filled with much miscellaneous information whilst personal memory disappears, that cannot be good or maybe it is? So all in all got to cut down on the blogging, that is the serious stuff not my creative efforts as Pwca Power, Assyrian Rod and TanyBont. Thus for starters do note that the following blogs are closed down and no longer in active use, they are:
* Urdd Brehinol Cymru. Hence, work I have done in this area will more or less in one way or another be much taken up by Cadw Princes of Wales Initiatives. I strongly advice all those Facebook Fusiliers out there rather than pretend to be 'Freedom Fighters' which you are not, to instead do yourselves and Wales a big favour and join a Medieval Reenactment Living History Society and get involved in Welsh Heritage Tourism. This way will of course be a Welsh Way and the area not left open for English Living History Societies to take advantage of and do badly, you may also make money for yourselves. Note the below, what a great initiative and I am sure this could be repeated with any number of Native Welsh Princes and Royal Dynasties, see link below:

* I'r Gad Welsh Battlefield Campaign. The RCAHMW and Cadw should be getting on with matters in this area, that is should be if patriots were on their backs as I have requested for some years. Otherwise, much material in this blog has been contributed to a book on Welsh Battlefields in development.
* Mudiad Cofiwn Archive. The good news here is that much of our archive will be published in a scrap book form plus films on DVDs for general public release as from later this year.
A number of other Blogs are on line for closure during course of the year starting at Imbolc 1st February 2011 to Easter to end of the year. Most of these blogs will not be posted on much more and have had their last posts published dated as 1st January 2011. Some of these blogs have posts still in edit, if I get time I will finnish and post up but at dates they were first concieved. To facilitate you getting at all my blogs I have relisted them all in Profile so check there, are your aware of Stats on blogs. I just noticed such in post edit and sussed out and it's quite amazing how many views have been clocked up beyond profile clicks, also interesting which posts have drawn views and how many, plus when. If I had all the time in the world I would do a full report on this Stat Stuff! But I have not got all the time in the world and I do not need to 'Get a life', I got one am just not living it to the full? The sad news that Vernon Griffiths a fellow 'Swansea Nine' Anti - Investiture Political Prisoner has died before the new year, kind of spurs me on into Patriotic Retirement. I must have started my active Nationalism at age 15, now 65 that makes it half a century of waging the good fight! About enough, not least as I do not think that Dream of Freedom is about to come true, thus my good bye messages are not exactly up beat particularly re the 'More Powers' Referendum, I am advising abstention towards Abolishment of the Assembly, see The Welsh Patriot blog. As for the 'Swansea Nine', there are now only two of us, myself and fellow Gwladgarw Penybont ar Ogwr Dafydd Burns aka Dafydd y Dug, my fellow Anti - Investiture Conspirator and thus 1969 Political Prisoner. Possibly, as we used to shout through the bars of our Swansea cells, maybe 'Not Long Now!'. So time to make the most of what might be left and not be so detirmined to be the 'Sixties' Last Man Standing!
