Did those who picked 3 Match 2011 for the 'More Powers' Referendum realise that it coincided with the 727th Anniversary of the Statute of Rhuddlan, maybe if Plaid Nat A.M.s had a say I guess they would have. Possibly to suggest that a Yes Vote would over turn the colonial consequence of the Statute of Rhuddlan of 1984 symbolically. But I see another reality as I explain in link below:

Myself am hoping for a low vote rather than a No Vote, though either would serve my ends, if it will all help to push Plaid back a long way into rural Wales where as a Cultural Nationalist Party I feel they belong. That will allow their hard core radical rural 'language' members to consider joining with Llais Gwynedd and Cymuned to be totally realist and establish a MUDIAD PERFEDDWLAD CYMRU/ Cymric Heartlands Movement for all the sound reasons I have explained elsewhere and thus not going to repeat myself here.
This will then allow radical left progressives in Plaid with others of the Welsh Democratic Left to consider establishing a Popular Progressive Party as the political platform of a Welsh Socialist Independence Movement which can get on with the struggle unhindered by the demands of Crachach Cultural 'Language' Nationalism and instead develope Socialist Community based Cultural/Language Policies that by the nature of the future need to consider the growing Multi - Cultural Diversity of Cymru/Wales, that will of course refelect Religious Diversity but our struggle and this Cymru/Wales must of neccessity be a Secular Society. As Religions do breed Intolerence and is the seed bed of the worse forms of Nationalism, Fascism and Racism.
There will of course remain Welsh Nationalists and Republicans! for whom the above offers no choice at all, thus they might consider these choices and get on with it not wasting any more time on Wishy Washy Plaid Cymru:
