Below myself on that other Hill of Penypigyn complete with it's memorial to the 1911 Investiture of an English Prince of Wales, Owain Glyndwr had to wait nearly an 100 years for his memorial in Corwen. 2011 will be the 100th Anniversary of this above 1911 Investiture Tribute Taff Foolery at grovelling to the English Crown. So atop Caerdrewyn 'Carn Rhyddid' and below Penypigyn 'Carn Bradwyr' worth visiting both when in Corwen. the Carn atop Caerdrwyn to make 'Cyfamod Sofraniaeth', as for that other Carn below to curse and wish disappear and spit at - hows about that for a new patriotic tradition, well worth the walk up!
