Why another blog? This ones a platform for material I cannot classify as to where else to be placed and posted to, in my other blogs. Further, after some 40 odd years as a Welsh Remembrancer, Welsh Heritage Researcher and Motivator of 'Ysbryd Cofiwn' commemoration I am retiring from such pro - active patriotic work into ''grey beard'' years writting creative fiction and fantasy. So this blog is very much about 'End Game' in these areas as I will archive material and also sort out outstanding unfinnished business, often just posting up research notes that others may use as they please. Time is running out and much that I wanted to do will not get done, so posting up research notes etc will I hope encourage others to become Welsh Remembrancers and 'Ysbryd Cofiwn' motivators of Commemorative events and activities. Not for such people writting a book, grabbing a grant, getting it published and sitting down in self satisfaction. No! as a Welsh Remembrancer you will become as the Irish called them an ''Hedge Teacher'' and a busy one at that, for there is no just sitting under the hedge, our school of Welsh Remembrancers must be up and about and active as organisers, my other blogs will help, I hope prompt you in such directions. * The Welsh Patriot. Provisionaly to replace Ein Gwlad, seemingly at and end? This blog now going over towards promoting a non retro/romantic Welsh Republicanism. Not exactly a ''New Welsh Republicanism'' but a Republicanism that gets back to some real ''republican roots'', so back to basics not the usual ''Garibaldi Republicanism'' more so ''Mazzini Republicanism''.

* Red Remembrancer. Better Red than Dead, touching on the all to forgotten areas of the history of Popular Struggle in Wales. Plus argues case for an annual 1831 Red Festival covering Pentre Penderyn, Hirwaun, Aberdare and Merthyr.
