I am giving rural 'Cultural Nationlists' the opportuniy to begin this great 'Patriotic Venture', as it is only right that they do. That they first and foremost make the call to 'Y Cymry' to awake and arise and have the 'Patriotic Vision' to begin a Patriotic Struggle that must be waged before it is too late?
