Looks as if 'Yes' leads but so do Labour, an irony could be that 'Yes' wins and, Assembly gets more powers but Labour wins in the Assembly Elections 2011 and takes power of the Assembly with no need for any Coalition with Plaid Cymru rural Cultural Nationalists as Ministers. Good! All Welsh Republicans and Radical Nats, I suggest you vote Labour, why not?
At moment the Libs are drifting towards a Welsh Assembly Oblivion while Tories are neck and neck with Plaid. A Plaid vote could let in more Tories by deviding the Progressive Left vote. Other than that the last thing we want is more Cultural Nationalist Coalition Crap but an Assembly that is clear and decisive against Toryism, if that is possible at an Assembly of Appeasement with Imperialism which promotes Neo Colonial Policies? As a fringe benefit getting rid of Plaid Cymru and it's decline might lead to the Cultural Nationalists wiseing up and seeing their priority must be a Mudiad Perfeddwlad Cymru to defend the Cymric Heartland. Leaving the rest of Wales and Welsh Left democratic and progressive elements to develope a popular radical left Independence and Anti - Colonial Movement.
