I am of course referring to the 'Student Protests' aka 'Riots in London Yesterday and the mobbing of the 'Royals Car' on way down Regent Street to the Palladium. This just would not happen in Wales, it was disgusting!

Historically speaking, I am only aware of two incidents when the English Royals' recieved similar attention in Wales. That was in tht 'Sixties' when three Patriotic Front activists threw smoke bombs at Carlo outside the Welsh Office in lead up to the 1969 Investiture and some years later, I believe that 'Language Protesters' threw themselves in front of the Royal Car in Aberystwyth.

Of course it's all got a lot less radical in present times and remembering how Plant Crachach copped out on any major protest in Caernarfon on 1st July 1969. After a little flurry of radicalism and some grand standing at that 'infamous' Urdd Eisteddfod and a rally Cilmeri designed to keep patriots away from Caernarfon. I cannot help but smile at these Plant Crachach young 'Green Tories' being to fore in any really radical campaign against the cuts! Just look at their history and just look who they are? not least their 'leading lights'.
