Campaigning Against an Old Conquest and a New Conquest of Wales by Means of Cheque ...These proposed 'Barricades' will be rather 'symbolic' as not much traffic passes into these sites other than workers access to work, otherwise to the 'Hub' infreqently carrying foundation stones and cement waggons also what is required to build the 'Hub'. The reality is at both ways into the Mountains it requires really local campaigns but regards Mynydd y Betws there is no local resistance whilst over at Gwuan Cae Gurwen side there is a protest picket but that is a passive one not a radical blockade. Over on Mynydd y Betws, the local preservation group as well as SOCME have surrendered 'Stryveland to the Renewables Robber Barons. On the Gwuan Cae Gurwen side the 'Communities Together' group is in main concerned with transport issues and property values not the Windmilling of the Local Mountains also the one side is in Sir Gar and the latter is in the Neath - Port Talbot Council Area. All presenting problems for anything other than symbolic 'Betws Barricade' in association with the 8 - 10 June Occupation of Mynydd y Betws, if still going ahead?
