GRAND SLAM 15 MARCH 2008: The Day After!

Wales Won, Grand Slam! Congratulations Cymru! As expected ''National Obsession'' Hysteria, even in the English Papers. So, I can just imagine what the Welsh Media are like, never let us forget it, now for years to come it will be media burnt into the ''National Psyche'' (I should talk, I am always prattling on about 1282, how many centuries ago is that!). Oh well, live for the moment, I am all for the Open Top Bus around Caerdydd plus postage stamps, why not! But I stop there, no way would I support making 15 March as a national holiday, proclaiming it ''National Grand Slam Day'' is a bit too far, me thinks! All by grumbles aside, I must say this, the Welsh Team were more than good, they were brilliantly great this season, plus I got to admit our Rugby players at National and Club level do set a great example to the youth of Wales. The members of our National Team are a really unassuming heroes, playing with great pride, they are indeed worthy of looking up to as great contemporary sporting heroes. But what was all that Camera work on Charlotte Church about, as much as I think our 'Gav & Char' are great, please Welsh Media lay of the ''Posh & Becks'' nonsense, we can well do without ''Celebs Cymru Crap''.

All this contemporary Hungarian Politics is quite new to me, checking out today how the commemorations went via web, all this riot stuff came up. So other than above as an intro into what is going on in Hungary, I have focused on the politics via Flag info, as that's what really interests me, and do the Hungarians like their flags! Puts Welsh Patriots to shame when they cannot be bothered to use our National & Heraldic flags in a more positive patriotically political way as Toni Lewis once did for us.
