Many like I may have wised up that Welsh Political Nationalism at best is no more that what it's always been in the main the mechanism by which to advance a Cultural Nationalism that in reality is a Trojan Horse of 'Y Crachach Newydd' - England's Client Tribe in Wales. Now then, the majority of 'Suits' here and other key beneficiaries, a great number in the 'Welsh Media' know which side of their bread is buttered, take the example of CyIG aka Plant Crachach now busy campaigning to keep 'ShamelessS£C' in existence. In all the years that S4C was in existence they were happy to let the English Government be in control, they never campaigned then for S4C to be under Welsh Control and I am not sure if they are now? They now want it to be 'Independent' now what the hell is that supposed to mean, Independent from what the Tax and TV Licence Fee Payer? Nice one but bog off is what I say!
You see Rachel most of this Cultural Nationalist Crowd and that includes the latter days 'mixed breeds', that is part 'Taffia' and 'Crachach' as Menna Richards Ex head of BBC Wales are pro Brit totally on the basis of they know which side of their bread is buttered and it seems that BBC is well buttered what with now this Cardiff Bay Media Village being built down in Bae Caerdydd (latest grabbed from Bristol is Being Human). A Media Village made up of 'Pobl y Cwm World' and not 'Valleys World' but no, some thing more akin to a 'New Bristol World', so you see this Crachach Crowd are not 'Welsh Nat's', if they were such scheme as this Media Village which is an English Colonising Venture sholud be a no! no! but do the the Plaid WAG Coalitionists care, of course not this Crachach Crowd do the bidding of central government all the time and always have and always will. Why? Money! Money! of course and this is why in the 'Sixties' the Plant Crachach, largely a product of a dieing traditional petite bourgeoisie eventually ditched out on an Independence Struggle.
The moment this became reality was with the desertion by Plant Crachach from the Anti - Investiture Campaign in 1969 led by Plant Crachach as folk singer Dafydd Iwan and soon to be major WLI Sain Record Producer (his brother is Alun Ffred Jones a one time WLI TV Film Producer, now a WAG Minister), this betrayal signed, sealed and delivered Cultural Nationalism and the future 'Crachach Newydd' into the welcoming arms of the English Government. The rest is history, inc that of Plaid Cymru for whom posing as being Politically Nationalist was useful to keep 'suckers' as I aboard the Nationalist Boat and, at same time foster Crach Fodder to sustain continued advance of 'Y Crachach Newydd' via a Welsh Language Industry to replace genuine but dieing rural economies and with it traditional Petite Bourgeoisie employment and self reliant productivity. In the past where rural society could not fulfill this role many of the rural Petite Bourgeoisie became an export to the British Empire as Teachers and Missionaries whilst rural workers became servants and shop girls for the English Middle Classes in English Cities, not however an exclusive rural phenomena. My grandmother on Dad's side scrubbed rich peoples door steps in Birmingham as a young girl and this is my no means an isolated way of things, praise to Cardi girls who walked to London to milk gows in Islington and weed Covant and other London commercial gardens. Better than starve back home, if not building boats and sailing far away to trade.
Whatever, post WWII and rural born 'Baby Boomers' became Plant Crachach in certain Welsh Quarters, they were given a greater identity and purpose in the 'Sixties' to save the native Language, by no means a bad thing or unworthy cause but unfortunatly the ultimate end product 'Y Crachach Newydd' - England's Client Tribe in Wales unswervingly loyal to English Rule in Wales. So Rachel fear not the ''Welsh Language elite'' as being secretly the 'Movers and Shakers' towards Welsh Independence, far from it they rather prefer the status quo. That might be hidden by the charade of seeking more powers for the Welsh Assembly Government but in reality this would still make of it no more than a Neo Colonial Cop out, middle management for continued rule of Wales by England. Plaid Cymru? essentially far from being a genuine Nationalist Party and how often do they dennie that! they are in the main simply the Political Wing of a Cultural Nationalist Movement. There are some who represent themselves as politically Republican and often Socialists, if this was true then if also purporting to be Welsh Nationalists seeking Welsh Independence what are they doing in a Party with the likes of Lords Elis Thomas and Dafydd Wiggley of Caernarfon obviously now well in place to advance the fourth coming Investiture III in that Town.
No Rachel fear not Plaid Cymru being the home of those Independence seeking 'Nats Under The Bed', far from it as they, as I have said are more concerned with advancing the economic power base of 'Y Crachach Newydd' to sustain them for the coming century whilst our Wales and their Cymru dies. They care not for the ancient prophecy speaks of the land being lost but the old language surviving but, for who and how many and where. Very few and mostly 'Crachach Newydd' living in the Pontcanna Patagonia or satellite colony of Bontfaen and all working very well shoulder to shoulder with the new English settlers of Welsh Media City down in Bae Caerdydd. This is the real nightmare and this is where Rachel Banner and True Wales have got it dead right, this whole 'Shebang' will become the Mecca of the Welsh Chattering classes for, most part a self indulgent and self advancing self styled Political, Social and Cultural elite over and above the people of our country.
A 'Parliament of Panderers', Preaching Political and Cultural Multi - Culturalism and Diversity not altruistically but just pandering to Anglo - Welsh and otherwise minority middle class interests. All to sustain a verity of largelly 'Taffia' middle class Social - Economic Interests and of course to keep the show on the road and the people fooled. Such who are more concerned about their 'Good Life' rather than that of the people and their communities, in a recent Western Mail feature the voting record of A.M's was held out as being pretty disgraceful with Plaid Cymru at bottom of list. Excuses given were illnesses of course plus then constituency work? I suggest to True Wales, you perhaps do a check on this via various means as I know you will find a lot of 'holidaying' about chasing pet interests, causes and campaigns etc all over from Cymru/Wales to where ever you care to stick a pin on the map. But then I guess all Political Parties have A.M's, M.P's and M.E.P's who indulge themselves here but still worthy of perhaps another Western Mail feature? Interestingly, if constituency work is so important, then surely this is an argument for and my own Revolutionary Regionalism and True Wales - True Devolution case
Plus and here's the rub, our people whilst not having much interest in National Welsh Media or Current Affairs do have a keen interest in local media and current affairs. This at end of day is what makes democracy and devolution really work as it's via an informed population that there is both informed interest and thence participation in local community politics. That simple so my Revolutionary Regionalism is not all that 'Revolutionary' really, in main only such for me as I replace my Political Nationalism with priority Political Regionalism but remain absolutely Nationally Welsh in Identity and not 'British' or 'English'. Further I will continue to campaign for a 'Cymric Consciousness' and not a British or 'Crachach Cultural Consciousness', plus 100% support campaign to save, sustain and advance nationally 'Yr Hen Iaith' but as an educational and community socially based campaign not such that aids or advances 'Y Crachach Newydd' - England's Client Tribe in Wales.
The Cymru/Wales today is not that of the Industrial Revolution when we were an economic power in the World, since the 'Sixties' economically we have spiralled down and now it's out of control. A vortex has opened up and what was left of Welsh Industry is fast going down the plug hole being washed away to Eastern Europe and China. This E.U. European Union/Empire is responsible for this and Plaid Cymru sold out to this and why, largely due to suit Cultural Nationalism, time it really was knocked on the head! Plaid sold out our 'National Sovereignty' that negates any reality of Welsh Independence as does the fact that unless we can raise our own taxes that also negates Independence. However, at end of day it's down to people and they having a 'National Will' and unfortunately the Cymru/Welsh are not Irish, Serbs or even Finns in having 'Iron in the Soul' to make of they really Nationalist minded! There was a chance, an opportunity in the 'Sixties' for a National Anti - Imperialist Movement to arise and an Anti - Colonial Struggle to be embarked on. There were then some ready to really fight for Wales not just pull down sign posts and them move on to carve out position and place for themselves in a future 'Welsh Language Industry' and become part and parcel of 'Y Crachach Newydd' - England's Client Tribe in Wales. It was not to be Wales might have produced a General Grivas in John Jenkins but no Arch Bishop Makarios arose or for that matter a Gandhi, Kenyatta or Nelson Mandela. Despite this strong Cultural Nationalism Cymru never became a Quebec, Belgium, Corsica or Euskadi, it may have come close with Adfer and later Y Cyfamodwyr and Meibion Glyndwr but now it's still Plant Crachach and a failed Cymuned but also a regionalist Llais Gwynedd. So things might not be all that bad. In fact Llais Gwynedd, is the role model and template for my Llais Gwynedd Initiative waiting in the wings for the WAG 'House of Cards' to collapse on 3rd March.

Dear Rachel, your holding up as well as the 'Yes Suit' so take heart plod on sorry I cannot be totally in support of True Wales and will possibly abstain rather than Vote No! Take heart a leading Welsh Nationalist thinker and writter Roy Jones is advocating a Nationalist No Vote also ex Plaid Cymru Sian Caiach of People First is considering a No Vote! Her group People First could also be a political Way Forward as per the Revolutionary Regionalism Initiative. True Wales should avoid getting boxed on to the ropes on 'Language Issues', that would only confuse and smoke screen much. Plus forget the 'Nats' Under The Bed' there are none also forget worries about the slippery slope to Welsh Independence that's dead in the water as I have explained above. Rachel what you got to do is focus on your True Devolution Arguements as Regionalism - True Devolution! make it a New Charter for Cymru/Wales and make it your covenant with all the peoples of Cymru/Wales.
