If possible I would further suggest why not journey to 'Bwlch Y Groes', from there along 'Waun y Gadfa' to 'Y Gadfa', if you can manage you could possibly make it up atop? Then travel continue in same direction untill you are by 'Allt yr Eryr'. Possibly only the youngest and fittest could manage that one for a 'Convocation of Eagles', after which proceed through the woods to 'Pont Eunant' and thus you will be at
'Llyn Efyrnwy'.
