THE GANG OF FOUR: DO YOU REALLY TRUST THEM? DO YOU REALLY THINK THEY WILL DEFEND WALES & DELIVER OUR PEOPLE FROM ENGLISH RULE & EUROPEAN EVIL EMPIRE?

Carwyn, Kirsty, Nick and Iuean, then what about that Roger Lewis fella, other than that voice really annoying me, the guy appears to be an 'Honest Joe' who has done very well for himself and I am not going to knock that. After reading his CV in below, I am reminded of being told by a Plaid Patriot that we Welsh should stop wingeing about 1282 and 1831 and just get on with the job of making sure Wales does have a future, so forget the past and just worry about the future. Perhaps after reading Rogers CV and joining all and everyone in Welsh 'Yes' Politics we should now be saying 'WE ARE ALL ENTREPRENEURS NOW!' and instead of reading 'Back In the Day' stuff as on my blogs one and all of patriotic mind really needs to read up on Dylan Jones in his blog:

This reminds me, I have yet to write that post: In Praise of Ceredigion, the ultimate example of a national entrepreneural spirit, without hanging around it's basically this: Our Cardi folk with an history of being over run in the dark ages by the Vikings and Irish, then in medieval times over run by 'Gogs' and 'Hwntws' learnt fast to hide their pennies well and spend wisely. Later during the revolt of Rhys ap Maredudd 1289 Cardis offered to collect stones from the river beds for English Catapults to fire at Rhys holed up in Castell Carreg Cennen. Then during the Llywelyn Bren Revolt they offered their services to the English for nothing so they could do some pillaging of poor 'Hwntw' homes. Yes! nice bunch but before we have a go at them, remember 'Mam Glyndwr' is from Ceredigion and many great fighting Cardis fought for Owain as Rhys Ddu ap Gruffydd. Not least remember the Cardi struggle in the 1826 War of the Little Englishman on Mynydd Bach, then be mindful that it was Cardi's and their Cefyl Pren protests who inspired Lewis Lewis in matters of 'Natural Justice' and later Rebeccites too. If that's not enough, keep in mind Cardi Drovers and Islington's Cardi Milk Maids and London Market Garden 'Women Weeders' from Ceredigion too. Cardi boats home built sailed the world in trade and later Cardi's became 'Swansea Jacs' and Cardiff Coal Ship Owners, Cardi Creameries/Corner shops were once all over London and that finnanced Cardi control of Tourism ventures in Aberystwyth and Aberaeron. That's what you call getting on your bike or in your boat, not winging for Wales but working for Wales, sure when ever I talk up Card's like this I am asked if I am a Cardi or have Cardi blood in me? Maybe so as Mam looks a bit Cardi and hails from Heol Y Gerrig, Merthyr Tudful an Iron Industry 'Barrio' aka Tai Unnos Township that had plenty of Cardi founders.

Anyway back to the present, the 'Gang of Four', actually I find Carwyn and Kirsty alright and hope Kirsty survives the fourth coming Assembly Election but as for Nick Bourne and Iuean Wyn am not so sure, are you? Plus I dare say Roger Lewis and WRU are now lining up for a good reward for 'Rugby Nationalism' service to the 'Yes' campaign, that repulsed me as condescending and patronising to say the least and if I seriously thought 'Hwntws' fell for that and not fear of the Tory Cuts as motivating them to vote yes., I really would curl up with embarrasment! If you have not yet made up your mind on Roger Lewis and the 'Gang of Four' then view 4 March TV footage of the Ref Count at the Assembly.

  1. I hope Jac o' North does not inclde dear 'Danger Doll' Rachel Banner in his ref to the True Wales bunch being odious, he's quite right of course most of them were but not Rachel! I am not the only one to see certain good and brave qualities in Rachel, it took guts to campaign and be at the Assembly count and get up to face the opposition, Jasus! look at their faces as Rachel speaks, put that to 'Gloomy Sunday' and you got a YourTube hit on your hands, talk about Gloomy Glares!!! If looks could kill they would be burying Rachel today but thank god looks do not kill and hopefully Rachel is around for some time to come but please as an 'Assembly Watcher' and Pro-active True Devolution Campaigner not as 'Mz Tea Party Wales' or worse a Monmouthshire 'No Surrender' Unionist. C'mon Rachel think this over carefully, Wales needs you but in a positive way not as a tired reactionary prattling about more and more meaningless matters. You are meant for much better than that and you do not have to sell out any principles as after all 'Independance' should be the last of your worries, not even Plaid is serious about that!

Maybe there's something in my Rejuvenation Idea, is there an Initiative there? For me it's about 'Radical Republican Rejuvenation' and Initiative quite easy to advance in three steps of Protest! Protest! Protest!

1: Protest Against Royal Wedding on 29 April/3 May BH weekend.

2: Protest Against Liz II at Assembly soon to hand over new seal to the Lord Protector..

3: Protest when William Wales does post wedding tour of Wales.

Other patriots more than likly have their own ideas regards a National Rejuvenation Initiative, why not draft one and put it on your own blogs also start a bit of D&D in a forums. Seems to me that 'Yes Vote' is something a Wales National Rejuvenation Initiative could be built on, don't leave it to the 'Gang of Four/ whatever you do?

      G.Gruffydd.

PS: Am I pointlessly waffling as I thought I might post Ref?
